We welcome enquiries from all owners of private homes in the greater Auckland region who are interested in taking short term rental bookings.

To help you decide on whether your home could be suitable, we have made a quick check list for you to consider.

Please note, we do first review all enquiries to ensure your home does meet our minimum requirements as we deem as necessary for renting out to our clients for short term accommodation. We would also ask if we can inspect the property, where possible.

Check List:

1. Do you own your own home? (not by rent or leasing)

2. Are you happy to have other people, including tourists or visitors to Auckland, stay and enjoy your home?

3. Can you make space in your cupboards and wardrobes so guests can place or hang their clothes?

4. Remove all open food packs in your pantry and fridge (excluding basic condiments).

5. Can you present your home in a professional manner and ensure it is tidy and cleaned to a high standard?
